Description

The adventure opens with the Frontier Boys braving the churning channels between Hawaii and Maui aboard the sturdy yacht Sea Eagle. Jim, Jo, and their companion Jeems Howell swap jokes with the grizzled Captain Kerns while the crew battles fierce winds, seasick mates, and the ever‑present threat of unseen dangers below the surface. As the ship heads east toward California, the boys reminisce about their recent Hawaiian exploits and share the tantalizing rumor of a forgotten gold mine hidden deep in the Sierra Nevada.

Eager to trade salty sea life for rugged mountain trails, the group lands on the West Coast and prepares for an overland trek into untamed wilderness. With a mix of youthful enthusiasm, seasoned mariner wisdom, and a few colorful locals, they set out to follow clues, confront the unknown, and uncover the treasure that has haunted prospectors for years. The stage is set for daring discoveries and hardships that will test their friendship and resolve.
