Description

Rick Brant and his best friend Scotty are the kind of teens who turn a lazy Sunday night into a launchpad for adventure. While the family gathers around a simple TV quiz, the boys are already scheming, their curiosity sparked by a brilliant miner‑contestant who knows the history of every gemstone. Between cracked cereal jokes and a faithful dog named Brond, they dive into a world where ordinary hobbies hide extraordinary possibilities.

When a mysterious “million‑dollar gimmick” appears on the program, Rick discovers a hidden device that seems to read thoughts and transmit secret signals. The gadget pulls the trio into a tangled web of hidden codes, a quirky island crew, and a daring plan that could change the way anyone thinks about secrets. With quick wit, inventive science, and plenty of teenage bravado, the story sets the stage for a pulse‑pounding chase that promises danger, discovery, and a hint of humor at every turn.
