Description

Set against the smoky hills and frozen rivers of the Upper Canada frontier, the tale follows two brothers caught in the throes of the War of 1812. One carries the red coat of the British militia, the other is drawn toward the restless voices of the native allies and the burgeoning American cause. Their shared childhood promises clash with the exigencies of battle, and each must decide where loyalty truly lies.

A mysterious prophecy, whispered among the tribes and echoed in the elders’ counsel, looms over their choices, hinting that the fate of the continent may hinge on their actions. As skirmishes erupt at Stoney Creek and the surrounding frontier settlements, the brothers confront not only enemy fire but the weight of honor, familial duty, and the uncertain future of a nascent nation.

The narrative weaves vivid historical detail with personal drama, rendering the larger conflict intimate and immediate. Listeners will feel the crack of muskets, the rustle of pine forests, and the uneasy tension of a world on the brink of transformation.
