In a city scarred by a century‑old civil clash, two opposing forces—white fury and red wrath—spill into the streets, setting homes ablaze and turning night into a trembling haze of gunfire and ash. Amid the chaos a hospital stands as a rare neutral zone, its white walls bearing a red cross and its corridors filled with the broken bodies of soldiers from both sides, each bearing fresh wounds and shattered loyalties. The narrative opens with vivid, almost cinematic scenes of panic‑stricken civilians scrambling for shelter, while the wounded are ushered into a place where the usual divisions are suspended, if only for a moment.
Here, two young men—one marked by the white faction, the other by the red—find themselves side by side on a battered cot, their injuries stark reminders of the brutal conflict outside. Their tentative conversation, whispered through pain and fear, hints at the human stories hidden behind the banners of hatred. Through stark, sensory prose, the story invites listeners to contemplate the lingering impact of ideological wars on ordinary lives and the fragile possibility of connection in a world divided.
