Description

A tight‑knit gang of teenage boys from Boston decides that talking isn’t enough—they enlist in the secret “Minute Boys” to help the colonial cause. Led by the level‑headed narrator, they witness the town’s growing oppression, from General Gage’s blockade to the arrival of foreign troops, and they quickly learn that ordinary life can turn deadly in an instant. Their youthful bravery earns them praise from General Putnam, but it also thrusts them into restless skirmishes and daring raids that test their loyalty and courage.

As the war escalates, the boys find themselves on covert missions: delivering messages through enemy lines, uncovering hidden information, and confronting mysterious prisoners. Their camaraderie flourishes amid the chaos, while each narrow escape deepens their resolve to protect Boston’s freedom. The story captures the gritty reality of ordinary youngsters thrust into extraordinary circumstances, offering listeners a vivid glimpse of the Revolutionary era through the eyes of its most daring teen spies.
