Description

In the heart of a violent Caribbean storm, a lone diver is cast ashore on a tiny spit of sand, clutching two flawless black pearls he rescued from the wreckage of his boat. The pearls are the key to a hidden fishery so rich it could change the fortunes of anyone who controls it, and the man knows that word of his find will attract greedy treasure hunters. As the tempest fades, he faces a race against time to get the precious cargo off the island and into safe hands.

He swims the perilous currents to Martinique, makes his way to the bustling town of La Trinité, and sends hurried letters to his son and a trusted colleague, hoping the secret will remain buried long enough to stake his claim. Yet every step is shadowed by unseen eyes, and the calm of the harbor hides a network of opportunists ready to pounce. Listeners will be drawn into his tense trek, the clash between ambition and danger, and the looming mystery of who is watching from the shadows.
