Description

Three lively brothers—Tripp, Trapp and Trull—have just arrived at a country farm, eager to trade ship‑board life for open fields and fresh air. Their days begin with daring races to the old cottage, inventive games with tools and a penchant for turning ordinary chores into grand adventures. Even the simplest things, like a broken rake or a rusted mouse trap, become the basis for their endless imagination.

Summer brings a flurry of projects: the boys dig a secret tunnel beneath a neighbor’s unused potato pit, fashioning a hidden hideaway that could store treats for any future shortage. They sketch plans for a tiny fort, devise clever escape routes, and rehearse heroic songs that echo across the yard. Their spirited teamwork and playful rivalry turn every task into a moment of shared joy, while their dreams of someday raising Finland’s honor keep the excitement alive.

Through sunny afternoons of fishing, clumsy attempts at barefoot freedom, and the occasional mishap with a forgotten diaper, the trio’s boundless energy paints a vivid portrait of childhood curiosity and the simple magic of rural life.
