Description

Nimble Ike is celebrated as the finest ventriloquist of his age, able to make any voice obey his will with uncanny precision. His talent has become a tool for both mischief and justice, coaxing confessions from crooks and delighting crowds with impossible dialogues. When he isn’t thwarting villains, Ike spends his free time testing the limits of his art, always searching for a rival who might finally match his skill. The story opens with his visit to a bustling museum, where a seemingly ordinary mummy display triggers an extraordinary event.

During a guided tour, the professor’s dry lecture takes a sudden turn when the ancient sarcophagus appears to speak, startling everyone present. Ike, skeptical yet fascinated, finds himself drawn into a puzzling mystery that intertwines his vocal tricks with a new challenger—Jack the Juggler, a master of sleight and strategy. Together they must unravel the source of the uncanny voice, setting the stage for a contest of wit and performance that promises both danger and delight.
