Description

Jasper Jay is the feathered firecracker of Pleasant Valley, a bold blue‑suited jay who fills the cold mornings with raucous “Jay! jay!” and spends his days darting through farmer Green’s pine groves, snatching corn kernels, teasing the barn cat, and hoarding every nut he can crack. Though his noisy antics and habit of stealing eggs earn him a reputation as a rogue, the farmer’s family can’t help but smile at his exuberant spirit, and even his love of nuts ends up planting extra trees for the season.

When a quiet, modest neighbor named Mr. Chippy settles in a grape‑covered stone wall, Jasper’s need for noise turns into a clash of personalities. He scoffs at Chippy’s soft “chip, chip” and vows to stir up a commotion, setting the stage for a series of playful pranks, a showdown with a bully, and the kind of mischief that keeps the whole valley buzzing. Listeners will enjoy watching Jasper’s lively escapades unfold, just enough to wonder how his boisterous nature will shape the friendships and follies of his rural world.
