Description

A moonlit night at a crumbling country estate turns into a frantic scramble when two young women hear strange footsteps and a gunshot echo through the ancient walls. Their curiosity draws them toward a shadowy figure slipping down a balcony, only to be followed by a sudden, violent struggle that leaves a man’s life hanging by a thread. The tension builds as the sisters race through dim corridors, desperate to uncover what—or who—has invaded their home.

Meanwhile, a brilliant schoolboy named Isidore Beautrelet, already famed for his keen mind, is drawn into the mystery by a cryptic note left at the scene. With his analytical skill and youthful daring, he begins to piece together the clues hidden among the ruined abbey, secret passages, and enigmatic symbols etched into stone. As the first act unfolds, listeners are invited to join Beautrelet and the frightened girls in a tightly woven puzzle of secret doors, historic conspiracies, and a cunning adversary whose motives remain just out of reach.
