A restless priest named Yusuf serves in a Persian sanctuary, yet his heart aches for a deeper, more compassionate faith. After a tragic ritual leaves him haunted by his own hands, he begins to question the distant, fear‑based deity of his ancestors and longs for a living relationship with the divine. His disquiet drives him across deserts and bustling markets, where the promise of a new revelation flickers on the horizon.
Along his journey Yusuf encounters travelers from far‑off lands—a Bedouin caravan, a Meccan scholar, and a wandering dervish—each offering fragments of a faith that seems to unite rather than divide. These meetings awaken in him a curiosity about a man named Mohammed, whose teachings are stirring both hope and conflict among the tribes. As Yusuf’s search for truth deepens, listeners are invited to follow his inner struggle and the early crossroads that will shape the emerging story of a world in transition.
