In a once‑prosperous realm ruled by the wise old King ΣΥΝΕΤΟΣ, his son ΑΣΤΟΧΑΣΤΟ is summoned to take the throne and marry the beautiful Princess Παλαβώ. Their wedding brings celebration, gleaming castles, bustling markets and fertile fields that stretch as far as the eye can see. For many years the kingdom of the Moirolatri flourishes under the young king’s careful hand, and its people enjoy peace and plenty.
But the passage of time leaves its mark. The once‑green plains turn barren, the grand fortresses crumble, and only the dense, ancient forest remains untouched, its trees whispering secrets to one another. One day a thin, sixteen‑year‑old boy with curious brown eyes wanders beneath the canopy, drawing the attention of the talking pines, firs and even a shy birch. As the forest’s inhabitants debate the nature of this mysterious visitor, the story invites listeners to wonder what destiny lies ahead for the boy and the forgotten kingdom.
