Description

In this charming woodland tale, a curious Peter Rabbit watches the soaring King Eagle and wonders why the great bird wears a white crown. His friend Sammy Jay, perched nearby, offers to share the ancient story that explains the eagle’s regal markings and the early days when the forest’s creatures first chose a ruler of the skies.

The narrative journeys back to a time when Old King Bear governed the ground, while the birds yearned for a sovereign of their own. Through Sammy’s gentle storytelling, listeners learn how Old Mother Nature appointed the eagle as king of the air, why his white head became a symbol of royalty, and how the new arrangement brought harmony between feathered and furry neighbors. The tale blends humor, vivid illustrations, and a love of nature, inviting listeners to appreciate the interconnected world of the Green Forest.
