PERSONATGES
In a remote Pyrenean castle at the close of the seventeenth century, an impoverished nobleman of seventy years sits heavy with grief, haunted by the sudden disappearance of his beautiful daughter, Dorotea. The great hall swells with gilded tapestries, medieval frescos, and the soft light of a rising spring sun, while the castle’s loyal staff—Elies the faithful servant and the bustling household—move about with a mixture of duty and quiet dread. The old lord’s weary monologue, filled with sleeplessness and yearning, sets a tone of lingering sorrow that permeates every stone corridor.
Around him, a circle of friends, guards, and messengers whisper of strange riders on the mist‑cloaked plains and of rumors that may lead to Dorotea’s fate. As the day awakens, the castle becomes a hub of uneasy anticipation, each character poised between hope and fear, ready to embark on a search that could either mend a broken heart or deepen the mystery. The stage is set for a tragic tale of love, loyalty, and the relentless passage of time.
