A young traveler sets out on what should be a pleasant spring outing across the rugged Scottish borderlands, only to be caught in an unexpected snowstorm that turns the countryside into a blinding white maze. As the daylight fades and the wind howls, he finds himself hopelessly lost among the hills, his compass useless and his supplies dwindling. Desperate for shelter, he presses on through the drifting snow, guided only by the faint glow of distant lights.
When he finally reaches a remote house perched on a low rise, its towering walls and oddly placed windows suggest something far from ordinary. The building’s strange architecture and the eerie silence that surrounds it hint at secrets hidden within its walls. As the night deepens, the traveler must decide whether to seek refuge inside or brave the relentless storm outside, setting the stage for a tale of suspense and unexpected encounters.
