Description

A fierce winter storm lashes the Black Forest in 1516, turning the night into a chorus of thunder, lightning, and the mournful howl of wolves. In a solitary cottage, an elderly shepherd mourns the sudden disappearance of his beloved sixteen‑year‑old granddaughter, Agnes, whose absence haunts every corner of his life. As the tempest roars, a mysterious, disheveled stranger seeks refuge, his haunted eyes hinting at a darkness far deeper than the weather outside.

The stranger’s arrival unsettles the old man, who instinctively reaches for his crucifix, only to be met with a chilling, authoritative gesture that suggests the visitor is no ordinary traveler. Their uneasy meeting sets the stage for a tale of superstition, hidden fears, and the ancient folklore that looms over the forest. Listeners will be drawn into a world where the line between myth and reality blurs, and the true nature of the “Wehr‑Wolf” begins to emerge.
