Description

A plump, honey‑golden cub named Timmy Whoof tumbles out of his cave on four fluffy legs, his bright pig‑like eyes taking in a wide, sun‑lit plain dotted with prairie‑dog burrows and murmuring rivers. Beside him waddles an almost identical twin, a touch smaller but just as eager to explore, while their mother, Madam Cinnamon Bear, roams the edge of the woods, her keen nose ever ready to warn them of prowling wolves and coyotes. Her deep growls and the playful “Whoof! Whoo‑oof!” she teaches the cubs become their first language, a comforting chant that echoes through the meadow.

Even before he’s old enough to chase honey, Timmy’s curiosity leads him to poke at hollow trees, imagining the sweet reward of bee‑filled honey stores. His boundless energy and mischievous spirit set the stage for a series of unexpected encounters—including a chance meeting with a kindly stranger—that will carry him far beyond the safety of his mother’s cave. The story follows his early adventures, the lessons he learns, and the gentle humor that makes his world feel both wild and wonderfully sweet.
