Description

Step back into the bustling coastal city of Patara in the third century, where the scent of spices mixes with the uneasy whisper of a fledgling faith. Christian worshipers meet in secret while the Roman authorities, stoked by rumors of rebellion, tighten their grip on the streets. Amid crumbling marble and crowded markets, the tension feels like a storm ready to strike, hinting at danger for anyone who dares to defy the law.

Two relentless enforcers, the hulking Demonicus and the sly Timon, stake out a quiet corner, hoping to catch a woman whose very presence fuels the rebellion. Demonicus, driven by greed and brute force, vows to fabricate any charge, while Timon’s conscience flickers, reminding him that the woman may be the heart of the Christian movement. Their cat‑and‑mouse pursuit sets the stage for a clash of duty and compassion, drawing listeners into a world where faith, fear, and personal ambition collide.
