Description

A troupe of spirited Girl Scouts gathers under a bright summer sky, their chatter full of plans for a vacation that feels as grand as a honeymoon. Grace, Cleo, and the quick‑witted Madaline weave jokes about hat boxes and mountain rides while Aunt Audrey watches over them, promising a holiday among New Jersey’s rolling hills and hidden woodlands. Their excitement bubbles over as they imagine picnics, horse rides, and the simple joy of exploring Bellaire together.

Soon the girls stumble onto a forgotten trail that leads to a moss‑covered cottage once tended by the enigmatic Maid Mary, whose quiet garden hides a secret spring and a curious pet that seems to watch them closely. Drawn by whispers of an old legend and the promise of a hidden treasure, the scouts set out on a modest adventure that tests their teamwork and sparks a newfound sense of wonder. Along the way they learn that courage often sprouts from the smallest acts of friendship, and that even a summer vacation can become a memorable rite of passage.
