Description

The Martin children, Janet and her little brother Teddy, are known around town as the Curlytops because of their tumble‑wet curls that seem to sprout a new spring with every rain. On a dreary Saturday, the twins grow restless with their usual make‑believe games and long for a real adventure. When their Uncle Frank invites them to spend the weekend on his ranch, the promise of open skies, pony rides, and cowboy chores sparks their imagination.

Arriving at the wide‑open ranch, the siblings trade their indoor toys for spurs and a trusty pony named Rosy. Between learning to rope a calf and exploring hidden valleys, they discover that teamwork and a little daring can turn even a tumble into triumph. Along the way, they meet friendly ranch hands, a mischievous goat, and the gentle rhythm of life on the range, all while figuring out how to keep their curls from getting too wild.
