Description

In the shadowed hollows of the Kentucky mountains a twelve‑year‑old boy named Steve lives by the rhythm of the woods, hunting rabbits and roaming with his loyal dog, Tige. When a hunting mishap leaves him stunned, a restless yearning takes hold, urging him to test his strength in ways he never imagined. He confronts his own frustration, wrestles with the fierce silence of the forest, and catches a glimpse of a world beyond the familiar pine‑covered hills.

One crisp November day a stranger arrives, riding the unseen path between the trees, speaking in a voice that feels both strange and inviting. Their brief encounter sparks a promise that pulls Steve away from the familiar thicket toward new roads, unfamiliar towns, and unexpected duties. As the boy steps onto a path that could reshape his whole life, the mountains themselves seem to hold their breath, waiting to see whether he will cling to the past or chase the promise of something greater.
