Description

The Bastable children are restless, bright‑eyed siblings who love a good mystery. When they stumble upon a stone stairway that arches like a cathedral ceiling, they discover an old, cryptic note hinting at a long‑lost fortune. Their curiosity sparks an impromptu expedition, and the kids quickly gather supplies, daring plans, and a rag‑tag crew of friends to follow the clue.

Their journey takes them through bustling ports, hidden courtyards, and shadowy tunnels, where they meet eccentric locals, puzzling riddles, and a few unfriendly rivals. Along the way the youngsters must rely on quick thinking, teamwork, and a dash of bravado to stay one step ahead of danger. As the first stage of their adventure unfolds, the Bastables find that the promise of treasure is as much about the thrill of discovery as it is about the glittering prize itself.
