Description

In the heat‑swept jungles of Africa, a young lion named Nero roams the rocky caves with his parents and his mischievous siblings, Chet and Boo. At just two years old he’s already massive and full of energy, learning the rules of survival while sharing playful moments—like Boo’s unforgettable encounter with a prickly hedgehog. The cubs’ nightly trips to a hidden spring and their secret games among the vines paint a vivid picture of life before the world beyond the foliage.

When a traveling circus arrives on the horizon, Nero’s bold spirit catches the eye of its showmen, and the lion’s life takes an unexpected turn. He discovers the thrill of leaping through hoops, performing for amazed crowds, and making new friends among the colorful troupe. Yet the heart of the story remains his early jungle upbringing, the bond with his family, and the curiosity that drives him to seek adventure beyond the savanna.
