Description

The story picks up where the famed musketeer saga left off, following a youthful d'Artagnan as he returns to Paris after a daring escape from a provincial brawl. Armed only with his father’s sword, a modest purse and a recommendation to the legendary captain de Tréville, he plunges into the bustling streets and smoky taverns of the capital. There he meets a seasoned noble, a cunning rival, and a motley crowd eager for spectacle, setting the tone for a tangled web of honor, pride, and danger.

Against the backdrop of 17th‑century Europe—where court intrigue, foreign envoys, and the looming presence of figures like Cromwell and Mazarin shape daily life—d'Artagnan and his old comrades navigate shifting alliances and unexpected challenges. Bonds forged in earlier adventures are tested, as old rivals resurface and new conspiracies emerge, promising a blend of swordplay, wit, and political maneuvering that will keep listeners eager for what comes next.
