A weary fifteen‑year‑old named Evan arrives at Kingsford, a bustling boarding school, lugging a heavy case of books and gear. Exhausted from a long trek, he stumbles through the crowded dormitory hallway, searching for his assigned room, only to be confronted by a boisterous group of older boys who immediately put him on the spot.
The newcomers’ rough welcome quickly turns into a test of nerves, as the senior students challenge Evan’s composure and his willingness to join in their spirited games. Amid the teasing and the clamor of football chatter, he discovers that the school’s culture revolves around sport, camaraderie, and the unspoken rules of teenage hierarchy. As Evan navigates the initial awkwardness, he must decide whether to resist the pressure or find his place among the lively, if intimidating, crowd.
