Description

This early volume dives into the legendary origins of Britain’s first ruler, tracing his lineage back to the fallen city of Troy. A young noble, raised among the Trojans, accidentally slays his own father during a hunt, an act that forces him into exile and propels a perilous journey across the seas. Along the way he encounters scattered Trojan descendants, gathers a loyal band of followers, and learns the art of leadership amid a landscape of rival kings and wandering giants.

Arriving on the mist‑cloaked island, he confronts the native peoples, claiming forts and establishing garrisons while forging uneasy alliances with local chieftains. His bold tactics and charismatic command win him both fear and respect, setting the stage for a decisive clash with the formidable King Pandrasus. The narrative balances mythic grandeur with vivid detail, inviting listeners to experience the birth of a kingdom through intrigue, betrayal, and the relentless drive of a fledgling hero.
