Description

In a bustling San Francisco hotel, a trio of Boy Scouts from the Wolf Patrol—Ned, Jimmie, and the daring pilot Sam—await a secret‑service liaison who will brief them on a daring assignment. Their youthful enthusiasm clashes with the uneasy atmosphere created by a mysterious, sharply dressed stranger who slips through the hallway, hinting that unseen forces are already watching. The scouts, still fresh from camp life, find themselves drawn into a world of covert messages and whispered warnings.

Their mission: to shepherd a specially prepared aircraft, the Nelson, across the Pacific toward the “roof of the world” in South America. As the boys prepare for departure, they sense that rival eyes and hidden enemies may be stalking their every move, turning an adventurous flight into a tense game of cat‑and‑mouse. With camaraderie, curiosity, and a dash of danger, the story launches listeners into an early‑twentieth‑century tale of youthful bravery meeting shadowy intrigue.
