Description

A turbulent throne room in Anatolia, 1022, erupts with murmurs of rebellion and looming war. The austere Abbot of Sant Thimur and the battle‑scarred knight Livani clash in urgent whispers, fearing the treacherous ruler Nicéfor and the encroaching Byzantine forces. Around them, monks, soldiers, and townspeople shuffle through vaulted arches, each bearing their own grudges and hopes for a kingdom on the brink.

The dialogue teeters between desperate strategy and bitter prophecy, as allies like Gelassi and Demetri arrive with news of disgrace and divine resolve. Voices rise in chant‑like proclamations, hinting at a fragile alliance among clergy, nobles, and common folk who must decide whether to rally behind the throne or fracture under fear. Tension builds like a tightening cord, promising a dramatic clash that will test loyalty, faith, and the very fate of Anatolia.
