Description

Truxton King is a restless, sun‑kissed youth from a prosperous New York family who refuses the safe paths laid before him. Rejecting a future in steel and society, he yearns for adventure and the romance of far‑off lands, so he sets out for the fictional kingdom of Graustark, a place of gilded courts and tangled intrigue. His easy charm and daring spirit quickly draw the attention of the royal cabinet, mysterious rivals, and a beautiful, enigmatic woman whose secrets could upend the entire realm.

As the young American navigates palace corridors and shadowy conspiracies, he discovers that Graustark’s glittering façade hides a precarious balance of power. Truxton’s outsider perspective both endangers and enlightens the court, and his bold actions begin to reshape loyalties. Listeners will be swept along with his daring escapades, humor‑laden encounters, and the early sparks of a romance that promises both danger and delight.
