Description

A young Virginian, fresh from cultivated lands, finds himself alone on the swollen Scioto, paddling toward a treacherous tributary with a single goal: to rescue the captive Eudora before the feared Wolf‑Queen can claim her. The river’s dimming light and looming cliffs set a tense backdrop for his daring solo navigation, while his thoughts clash with the warnings of legendary frontiersman Simon Kenton, whose prophecy looms like a shadow over the water.

Suddenly, a massive canoe bursts from the brush, carrying the enigmatic Wolf‑Queen herself—a towering figure dressed in animal skins and feathered crowns, her eyes flashing with a wild, unsettling intensity. Her presence blurs the line between myth and menace, offering a vivid glimpse of the fierce, untamed world that awaits the young hunter. As the two canoes converge, the listener is drawn into a clash of bravery, superstition, and the raw power of the frontier, setting the stage for a gripping adventure along the Ohio wilderness.
