WHAT BECAME OF M. FELIX, AS RELATED IN THE FIRST PERSON BY ROBERT AGNOLD, ON THE REPORTING STAFF OF THE "EVENING MOON."

4:03:16

Description

A fierce winter storm rages through London, its howling winds and swirling snow masking a desperate cry for help that echoes across the empty streets at midnight. A lone constable, battle‑weary and disoriented by the elemental chaos, struggles to locate the source of the plea, his senses frayed by the relentless gale. When the voice fades into the night, the city is left with a lingering unease that hints at something far more sinister than the weather.

The next morning, the staff of the Evening Moon newspaper takes up the mystery, led by a determined reporter who follows a trail of odd clues—a phantom cat, cryptic letters, and the unsettled accounts of those closest to the missing Monsieur Felix. Alongside doctors, the enigmatic Sophy, and a host of witnesses, the investigation unravels a tangled web of rumors, hidden motives, and faint whispers of danger. Listeners will be drawn into a classic Victorian puzzle, where every revelation deepens the intrigue and the search for truth is as relentless as the storm that began it.
