Description

In the crisp March woods just outside Concord, two restless teens, Phil Warrington and Andy Sabine, find their idle games turning into something far more serious. Phil has just returned from Boston, fresh from the buzz of the Musket Boys—a youthful club formed in the wake of the Boston Tea Party—bringing stories of daring protests and secret meetings that set their small town alight. Their friendship, already forged by shared target practice and family ties, is pressed into service as the adult world whispers of looming war and the promise of liberty.

One icy morning the boys spot a lone figure atop a hill, a mysterious youngster in a muskrat‑skin cap clutching a wrapped parcel. The strange sight sparks curiosity and a surge of patriotic fervor, pulling the friends into the first sparks of rebellion. As snow‑drifted trails lead them deeper into intrigue, listeners are invited to experience the tense, youthful energy that ignited the first blow for liberty.
