Description

A lone rider breaks into the bustling railroad town of Silver Butte, his striking white‑streaked hair and silver‑inlaid revolver marking him as no ordinary drifter. Streak Malone, a horse‑breaker, trapper, and gambler with a reputation for staying just beyond the reach of the law, arrives at a settlement teeming with freight wagons, saloons, and whispered rumors of a ruthless vigilante group. The town’s sheriff has just been murdered, the office shuttered by “order of the vigilantes,” and a nervous shopkeeper hints that the killers are anything but virtuous.

Against the dust‑choked streets and the looming construction of a new gambling hall, Malone is drawn into a web of suspicion and uneasy alliances. He agrees to meet the shopkeeper at night, sensing that the so‑called vigilantes may be wolves in sheep’s clothing, poised to seize control of a place already rife with danger. Listeners will be pulled into a tense first act where the line between outlaw and protector blurs, setting the stage for a gritty showdown in the heart of the frontier.
