Description

Set against the glittering reefs of the Caribbean in the late‑seventeenth century, the story follows a charismatic Royal Navy captain and his two daring lieutenants as they chase the legend of a silver plate that once lay on the ocean floor near Hispaniola. Drawing on actual maps and contemporary accounts, the narrative weaves together the disciplined world of naval maneuvers with the restless ambition of men who have tasted the sea’s hidden wealth. As the crew sails toward the fabled “Silver Bank,” old rivalries and simmering discontent begin to surface, hinting at the turmoil that lies ahead.

Soon, the routine of patrol turns into a desperate scramble when a sudden mutiny threatens to shatter the fragile hierarchy aboard the ship. With morale fraying and the horizon filled with both enemy vessels and the promise of untold riches, the officers must decide whether loyalty to the crown or the lure of treasure will guide their choices. The early chapters blend factual detail with adventure, offering listeners a vivid portrait of a bygone era where myth and reality collide on the high seas.
