The Great Red Frog
THE
In the faraway kingdom of Noware, a young prince is the exact double of the Lord Chamberlain’s son. Their resemblance becomes dangerous when a Magic Bush appears in the royal garden and the jealous Chamberlain’s son pushes the prince into it, transforming him into a strange red frog. With a clever deception, the Chamberlain places his own son on the throne, leaving the true king to flee into the unknown.
Years pass, and the false king grows cruel and fearful, especially whenever anyone mentions the mysterious King of the Frogs. When a princess disappears on her journey to marry him, the palace is thrown into confusion—but help arrives in the form of Omolo, her brave little Blue Dwarf page. Determined to rescue her, Omolo sets off on a fantastical quest, aided by a flying stork, a grave and very wise owl, and a magic sword. With whimsical illustrations and playful surprises, this classic fairy tale is an entertaining adventure for young listeners and families.
