Description

Two daring teenage brothers, fresh from their celebrated victory with the sleek biplane Golden Eagle, set sail from a bustling New York harbor eager for a tropical adventure. Their fame as the “Boy Aviators” has made them household names, and the promise of warm sunshine and new skies tempts them away from the icy riverbanks they just left behind. As the steamer Aztec pushes off toward Central America, the boys watch the world of commerce and chaos unfold on the deck, their minds already soaring above the clouds.

When news of a fierce uprising in Nicaragua reaches their ears, the brothers feel a pull stronger than any wind. Their expertise with aircraft and quick thinking draw them into the heart of the rebellion, where they must decide whether to aid the insurgents or stay aloof. The stakes rise quickly, and the young aviators find themselves navigating not just treacherous air currents but also the volatile politics of a nation on the brink.
