Stories of Enchantment

Between the “Land o’ Dreams” and bright daylight lies a place where wishes turn into castles and laughter fills the air. Birds sing, trees blossom constantly, and fairies flit beneath ever‑blue skies while the faint sheen of angels’ wings sometimes appears. In this realm the line between reality and imagination blurs, leaving children to wonder where one ends and the other begins.

The story follows a tiny girl rescued from a shattered wagon train, her hair as white as winter snow and eyes the color of a clear lake. An Indian medicine woman finds her, cradles her, and raises her among the mountain tribe that lives in a secluded valley hidden by towering peaks. As she grows, she learns the customs, songs and dances of her new family, yet the mystery of her birth and the world beyond the valley quietly lingers.
