Floating on the barren side of Ceres, a damaged mining vessel struggles to keep its crew alive. The thin scrap of oxygen in the control room dwindles as the ship’s systems sputter, and the endless black outside feels like a void that swallows anything that steps into it. Old tales of the Darkside’s spectral predators linger in the minds of the men, turning every creak of the hull into a warning.
The remaining crew are led by a determined young commander, a daughter of a former prospector who financed the mission with her late father’s legacy. With two companions already vanished while searching for a distant outpost, she insists on venturing into the night to find them, even as the supply lockers reveal missing tools and dwindling emergency flasks. Tension rises between caution and boldness as the men debate whether to stay sealed inside or risk the chilling unknown.
