Description

In the quiet of a forest clearing, a teenage Robin tends his bow while his mother tends the fire, their modest home a haven from the bustle of the nearby town. Their lives intersect with the Fitzooth family, a Saxon ranger and his outspoken wife, who bring news of a summons to the Gamewell fair and a lingering rivalry with the Norman Montfecets. The conversation crackles with talk of loyalty, heritage, and the uneasy peace that hangs over the shire, setting the stage for Robin’s first steps toward a larger destiny.

Robin’s skill with arrows is already evident, each shaft crafted with careful hands and tested with playful banter from the wary ranger. As plans for the fair take shape, subtle tensions rise, hinting at the challenges that will test his courage and his growing band of companions. Listeners are invited into a world where loyalty, wit, and a keen eye for justice begin to forge the legend that will echo through the woods.
