Little Oley is a four‑year‑old explorer whose mind works like a sponge, soaking up everything from the taste of green flowers to the hiss of a soldering iron. When he sneaks into the ham‑operator’s workshop, he asks the older Sven what makes “shorts,” and receives a baffling explanation that turns a piece of clothing into a lesson about electricity. Oley’s bright imagination runs wild, convinced his pink shorts are somehow “electric,” and he rushes home to share the discovery with his mother.
The story follows Oley’s everyday adventures as he wrestles with a clumsy glass of purple juice, counts slices of golden doste, and watches rain patterns on a window. Each tiny triumph and spill becomes a miniature experiment, showing how a child pieces together the world’s mysteries one sensory detail at a time. Listeners are invited into Oley’s vivid, inquisitive world, where curiosity turns the mundane into a grand, unpredictable journey.
