Description

A cheeky youngster and his well‑meaning father set off from a sleepy hometown, eager to trade schoolbooks for a passport full of pratfalls. Their first stop finds them back at the old grocery‑shop, where the boy’s restless imagination already turns a simple reunion into a comedy of errors. From there they launch into a whirlwind tour of capitals and courtyards, slipping into the crowds of Washington, London, and Paris with a mix of curiosity and mischief.

Along the way the pair brushes up against kings, presidents, and even a sultan, each encounter sparking the boy’s endless schemes to stir up fun. Whether they’re tangled in a Waldorf‑Astoria dinner, scrambling up the Eiffel Tower, or dancing with gondoliers in Venice, the father’s patience is tested while the boy’s antics keep the journey lively. The narrative captures the era’s sights and customs with a light‑hearted voice, offering listeners a vivid, laugh‑filled travelogue that celebrates the chaos of youthful adventure.
