MISS MUFFET'S CHRISTMAS PARTY
LIST OF ILLUSTRATIONS
In a snug, snow‑covered cottage, the Muffet family prepares for the only holiday that matters to them—Christmas. Mrs. Muffet runs the household with a firm hand, insisting that her daughter, little Miss Muffet, learns discipline through odd meals of curds and whey and endless meditation on the passing of time. While the rest of the village bustles with festivity, Miss Muffet finds herself perched on a lumpy tuffet, counting seconds as the night deepens.
Just when the numbers climb past two thousand, an unexpected guest settles beside her—a kindly, elderly spider with a twinkle in its many eyes. Its arrival turns the quiet vigil into a gentle swirl of stories, from wandering elves to distant caravans, hinting at the magic that can hide in even the most ordinary Christmas Eve. As the spider shares whimsical tales, Miss Muffet begins to see the holiday in a new, brighter light.
