In a windswept valley on the edge of the Siwa desert, a modest inn becomes the meeting point for a curious trio: a weary caravan herder, a determined English officer named Lord Lister, and his companion Charly. Over steaming cups of Turkish coffee they trade stories of a ferocious tiger that has been ravaging the herder’s flock, a beast whispered to be possessed by a malevolent spirit. The locals speak of an ancient “holy treasure” hidden nearby, promising protection to anyone bold enough to confront the creature.
Compelled by both duty and the lure of the sacred relic, Lister and Charly arm themselves and set out into the moon‑lit night, following the herder’s directions toward a rocky enclosure where the tiger is said to linger. The landscape is a maze of towering stone walls and narrow passes, offering both shelter for hunters and peril for the unwary. As the pair navigate the treacherous terrain, they must balance their skepticism with the growing sense that something far older than a mere predator watches them.
The story blends gritty frontier adventure with a hint of mysticism, inviting listeners to experience the clash of cultures, the tension of a hunt, and the promise of an enigmatic prize hidden within the desert’s silent stones.
