Isis unveiled, Volume 1 (of 2), Science : A master-key to mysteries of ancient and modern science and theology

A sweeping exploration of the hidden links between ancient wisdom and contemporary thought, this volume invites listeners to step beyond the familiar boundaries of modern science and theology. It begins by questioning the assumed infallibility of today’s scientific doctrines, drawing on Platonic philosophy and a host of Eastern traditions to suggest that many old ideas anticipated current discoveries.

The author weaves together discussions of the ether, psychic phenomena, and the mysterious forces that underlie both matter and mind. From the cryptic teachings of the Vedas to the experiments of 19th‑century researchers, the narrative examines how forgotten arts, alchemical insights, and mystical practices might illuminate the nature of reality. Listeners will encounter lively critiques of prominent scientific figures, vivid accounts of mesmerism and psychometry, and a rich tapestry of myth, folklore, and early speculative physics—all presented with a tone that encourages curiosity rather than certainty.
