Description

In a humble creek‑side cottage, young Merry watches his mother worry over rent and empty plates. Determined to help, he vows to earn a share of his meager breakfast by taking on odd jobs, hoping the summer will bring enough work to keep the family afloat. While wandering toward the train station, he spots a gentleman struggling with a massive portmanteau and offers his aid, unaware that the suitcase holds a surprising secret.

The man turns out to be Professor Wagner, a genial ventriloquist whose luggage seems to speak on its own, startling Merry with a tiny, cheeky voice. Amused and impressed, the professor rewards the boy with a silver coin and two sky‑blue tickets to a mysterious show, inviting Merry’s mother to join. As the curious youngster clutches the tickets, the promise of magical performances and impossible feats looms, setting the stage for a series of enchanting adventures.
