Curious Creatures

Step into a lively menagerie where animals take on wonderfully human talents and troubles. A giraffe becomes a proud pianist, a horse works diligently at the wash tub, and other curious characters play croquet, go fishing, sing comic songs, and even perform on the tight-rope. Written in jaunty rhyme, these playful verses are filled with amusing situations and memorable personalities.

Among the highlights is a fashionable family of dogs whose proud promenade takes an unexpected turn when they cross paths with a mischievous cat. Another poem follows two little pigs, one content to stay home and the other eager to explore, with comic consequences for the wandering pig. Lighthearted, mischievous, and easy to follow, this collection offers a charming listening experience for children and families, with each verse bringing a fresh creature, scene, or lesson to life.
