In bustling Baghdad, a good‑natured porter named Harun spends his days hauling goods through the market, always quick with a smile despite the hard work. One morning a silken‑veiled woman appears, beckoning him to follow her with his basket, promising an adventure beyond his ordinary chores. Curiosity wins, and he trails her through winding lanes, buying exotic fruits, fragrant flowers, and all manner of treats she seems to desire.
Their wandering brings them to a magnificent palace whose ivory doors open onto a glittering courtyard, marble fountains, and richly tiled halls. Inside, three stunning sisters—Amina, Szafia and the regal Szobeida—receive him with graceful amusement, their beauty rivaling the splendor around them. As they unload his overflowing basket, Harun’s witty remark about the all‑female company sparks a lighthearted debate about companionship, hinting at deeper cultural sayings about sharing meals and laughter.
