About the author
Dr. William Hardy lives with his wife, Nancy, on a farm in Spartanburg, South Carolina. He studied humanistic science and holds a doctorate in philosophy.
Hardy is the author of Gullah Gravestones, Hell’s Island, and Gullah Gravestones II. His fiction blends horror, mystery, and Southern settings, often centering on secrets buried in the Lowcountry.
He is also a founding member of the J. Teal Band and wrote three songs for the album Cooks. He has been working on a sequel to Gullah Gravestones and another horror mystery, The Red Tornado.
