Tom Schilperoort

Tom Schilperoort was a Dutch author, journalist, and public figure active in the early twentieth century. Project Gutenberg lists his work Automobiel-rijden, which shows his place in the first wave of writers explaining the new world of cars and driving to ordinary readers.
