About the author
A former police officer based in the London area, Max Williams has spent many years collecting original images, autographs, and historical information about personalities of the Third Reich. His specialist archive has supported his own research and assisted other writers studying Nazi Germany.
Williams is the author of a two-volume pictorial biography of Reinhard Heydrich, as well as books on Heinrich Himmler, Odilo Globocnik, and the senior leaders of the SS. His work combines historical investigation with extensive photographic material, bringing overlooked details of the period into focus.
